Last week, Cindy Page, US Bank’s Vice President and District Manager, updated me on their new branch construction here in Mount Vernon, Illinois. Their contractors are steadily chipping away at the new building at 4100 Broadway Street. They have fired the furnaces and installed the light fixtures. They painted, added the brick columns and installed the millwork. And they have nearly finished the sheet metal roof!

Countdown to the Grand Opening

Soon, the contractors will begin the flooring, install the exterior insulation and finishing system, and inspect their work above the drop ceiling. This team should have everything ready ahead of their planned April 29th Opening. From there, you can be sure they will welcome the community for a great open house celebration!
