Jefferson Marion Washington Community Development Corporation is an organization to make loans to small businesses. They have a business loan program, façade improvement loan
program, downtown housing improvement loan program, and an equity investment program. Projects are proposed to the organization through member banking institutions.

New Markets Tax Credit- Peoples National Bank received designation as a Community Development Entity.  Eligible projects may qualify for reduced financing costs.
